MRI craned in at Royal Jubilee Hospital

Last month, our team completed the delivery and install of a brand-new Siemens Magnetom VIDA MRI at the Royal Jubilee Hospital in Victoria, B.C. With an all new 3 Tesla magnet, the Magnemtom VIDA not only provides unparalleled power but it also allows for up to 30% energy saving. 

Because the MRI department is not on the ground floor, the gantry had to be craned into the side of building. With the use of a sky deck and Siaron's highly trained rigging crew, they slowly and carefully moved the gantry through the opening and into position. 

Once in place, our technicians begin the installation process right up to FSR handover. Well done to our dedicated team members who show consumate professionalism on demanding delivery days just like this.
